Terms and Conditions:

· Pupils must be in possession of a signed and valid UK Provisional driving licence for class ’B’ cars.

· To undertake the Theory and Practical tests you must produce and show  both parts of the provisional licence i.e. the plastic driving licence card and the green counterfoil sheet.

· To book a Practical driving test you must have a valid Theory test certificate 

· The lesson is chargeable if an appointment is cancelled without a minimum of 2 working days (48 hours)  notice, irrespective of reason (e.g work, illness)

· Any indication that the pupil is unfit to drive due to being under the influence of drink or drugs will result in the lesson being cancelled and the pupil being charged for the wasted time.

· Cancellation of Intensive Courses require a minimum of 14 days notice and should be made in writing and sent by recorded delivery.  Full payment for the course will be required if less than 14 days cancellation notice is given.

· The school reserves the right to withdraw the car from driving tests without notice should the pupil not be up to the required standard, even though the test cancellation date may already have passed.

· The school cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to instructor illness or vehicle breakdowns.

· The school cannot be held responsible for vehicle mechanical breakdown or failure of electrical equipment  or components during the practical driving test.  Electrical equipment (wipers & demisters) and electrical components (lights and indicators) will have been checked with the pupil at the test centre prior to the start of the test.  

· The school cannot be held responsible for driving tests postponed by the DSA.

· The school cannot be held liable for any personal property left in the schools vehicles.
